With increasing life spans, the role of grandparents has become more important. Not long ago many people were dead before their grandchildren were born. Now we can enjoy 20 or more years with our grandchildren. Our role is to be more than an occasional babysitter and spectator at school activities in which our grandchildren are participating. Scripture shows us these can be some of the most spiritually productive years of our life.
