Laodicea: the Lukewarm Church   We come this weekend to the last of the seven letters written to the churches of Revelation 2-3. Some were affirmed for Christ for their faithfulness in the face of false teaching and persecution. Others were fully immersed in the immorality of their culture and were challenged by Christ to repent. All were called to share the light of the gospel in their generation, a call that resonates throughout the history of the church. As we conclude this series, let’s ask the Holy Spirit to examine our hearts and lead us into obedient fellowship with Christ.
